Brian Carter Cellars 2017 One Grenache

Brian Carter's "One" Collection is a limited selection of his most prized single varietal wines and this one is a beautiful expression of fresh and light Grenache. It's a perfectly translucent pale ruby in color with aromas of dried strawberry, Allspice, sweet tobacco and floral hints of lavender and dried herbs. Flavors of red raspberry mix beautifully with notes of clove and orange peel that linger persistently on the palate until landing on a finely textured finish hinting at cocoa and clay dust.
