This Chehalem Mountains Pinot Noir delivers a silky mouthfeel of spiced red fruit alluding to cherry with orange zest lingering through an expansive mid-palate before a finish of spice, dusty earth and a hint of candied orange peel. Captivating aromas are a beautifully balanced blend of floral, spice and pine pitch notes mixing with red fruit alluding to spiced cranberry sauce. Winemaking techniques included 25% whole cluster fermentation and 11 months in French oak, 50% new and 50% neutral.
