This Southern Oregon red blend includes 50% Teroldego, 25% Syrah and 25% Montepulciano. On the nose, smoky bacon fat mixes nicely with dark fruit and dashes of baking spice and black pepper. On the palate, flavors of black cherry are balanced with prominent earthy notes, finishing with hints of graphite.
