This ice wine style Riesling dessert wine from Chehalem Mountains presents rich notes of peach marmalade and honey that are mouthcoating, lingering on the palate with great length. Lovely aromas allude to spice poached pear, orange marmalade and a drizzle of honey. This wine would be fun to try with salty blue cheeses or desserts featuring tree fruit or stone fruit.
