1st R.O.W. Estate Winery 2017 Cabernet Merlot

This wine from Fraser Valley's 1st Row Estate combines 68% Merlot and 32% Cabernet Franc from British Columbia's Okanagan Valley. On the nose are aromas of black plum and raspberries with notes of incense drawer, dried herbs and pipe tobacco. On the palate, flavors of black cherry are balanced with prominent minerally notes of graphite, hints of violet and a lingering acidity alluding to plum skin.
