Terra Vina Wines 2015 Cabernet Franc

This is a beautiful sweet and savory style Cabernet Franc with ample fruit nicely balanced with spicy and savory notes, a silky mouth feel and a structured finish that goes on and on. On the nose, aromas of ripe plum mix with cedar and clove spice, notes of black peppercorn, sweet tobacco and just a touch of bell pepper. On the palate, it alludes to dried cherry mixed with baking spice, showing a beautifully rounded mouth feel and hints of cocoa before a tapering into a lingering spicy finish. - Reviewed by Gary Hayes
