This sparking wine made with 100% Chardonnay grapes is beautifully bright and crisp with structured acids and a trailing finish. On the nose are fresh aromas of Green apple and Asian pear mingling with floral notes and a hint of tomato leaf. Flavors are bright with grapefruit, lime and gooseberry and only a hint of sweetness reminiscent of Meyer lemon.
