Puffin Wines 2016 Pinot Gris

This is a beautiful expression of Oregon Pinot Gris. An expressive nose with complex aromas and nicely structured bright fruit on the palate make this wine perfect for sipping, pairing with delicate seafood or enjoying with mild, creamy cheeses. On the nose, it's bursting with aromas of juicy Bartlett pear, but you'll also find cinnamon-dusted apple pie and apricot with floral notes and a hint of fresh ginger. On the palate, it's bright with flavors of lime and green apple up front, then mixed with melon rind and a touch of minerality on a lingering crisp finish.
