Pudding River Wine Cellars 2016 Stainless Steel Fermented Chardonnay

Made in an un-oaked Chablis style, this wine is polished with bright and steely notes. On the nose, aromas of tree fruit and melon shine with hints of yellow apple, pear and honeydew with a touch of orange blossom. It's bright on the palate, opening with notes of lime and green apple followed by a nice streak of minerality and finishing with a touch of saline that lingers nicely. - Reviewed by Gary Hayes
