This bright, dry style Pinot Gris from British Columbia's Fraser Valley is intensely colored from spending 24 hours on skins. It offers aromas of green apple and lime with hints of peach and almond. On the palate, it's lively with flavors of lemon and green apple with a prominent streak of minerality and notes of saline on a refreshing finish. - Reviewed by Gary Hayes
