Eternal Wines 2015 Rocket Man Red

The red blend features 65% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Cabernet Franc, 10% Merlot and 5% Carmenere. On the inviting nose are aromas of smoky plum and blueberries, bell pepper, cedar, Allspice, pipe tobacco and dried herbs. On the palate, the soft, rounded mouthfeel displays nicely balanced flavors of black cherry and red plum with secondary notes of cola, chocolate, violet and a hint of graphite. - Reviewed by Gary Hayes
