Chaberton Estate Winery 2014 Reserve Riesling

This beautiful dry Riesling offers a nose of lemon-brushed apple, honey and ginger. On the palate, it offers bright flavors up front with tart Granny Smith apple, pink grapefruit and apricot. It presents a beautiful balance of bright acidity with just a hint of sweetness and a lingering crisp finish. Expect this to be a food friendly wine with many dishes ranging from seafood, chicken, cheeses and butter or cream sauces.
