Bluebird Hill Cellars 2017 Estate Reserve Pinot Noir

This Willamette Valley Pinot Noir uses estate fruit from Bluebird Hill Cellars south of Corvallis, Oregon and the wine was aged for 22 months in French oak. On the nose, fragrant aromas of rose blossom, Allspice and vanilla mix with subtle notes of red berries. It's silky smooth on the palate, alluding to red plum sauce nicely balanced with cola-clove spice that lingers with notes of cocoa on an extensive finish. - Reviewed by Gary Hayes
