This red blend of Bordeaux varietals includes 54% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Merlot,10% Petit Verdot, 7% Cabernet Franc and 4% Malbec. It presents concentrated aromas of dark fruit with notes of cedar, tobacco, green peppercorn, dried herbs and a dash of baking spice. On the palate, flavors alluding to black cherry and dark berries that show a burst of acidity are met by notes of bittersweet chocolate on the mid-palate and an earthy graphite finish with hints of peppery spice.
